TEF Group Work
TEF mental health and well-being are well known for well structured meaningful group work, we believe that our group work makes a real impact with our clients who access the service. We are currently running three groups on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday, these groups consist of our much loved coffee morning, our mental health and well-being group, and our chill and chat on Friday. These groups have achieved much over the years and have helped our clients mental health and well-being and general all round wellness. Our groups have become very popular and are always well attended we engage our clients in our social media and our website so you can see the real impact of our group work. We have taken on 5 peer mentors Who have passed their mental health studies diploma and other CPD qualifications offered by TEF. Our aim is to involve our clients in everything we do and give them options of how our groups run and when they run, this gives our clients control over their own environment.
